Policy on Labelling

Every product certified under T.O.P. is required to have a label with:

  • The T.O.P. logo;
  • Grower/Manufacturer number;
  • Other labelling requirements as required by Commonwealth, State/Territory law.

T.O.P. requires clients to submit label designs containing the T.O.P. logo, for approval by the T.O.P. Council. Growers and processors are not permitted to change the layout or form of the T.O.P. logo, but are free to change the size and colour to fit with their overall label design.

N.B. AQIS logos are the sole property of the Australian Government and are not to be used on the label, website or stationery of any T.O.P. member.
